Team Hairball powered by 100% Blue Agave
Chris Jones 271x and Jason Trimarchi 257x at the 2010 Baja 500
Each rode solo in the Sportsman over 250cc class...
What can I say? I just *had* to publish this one Jason!
At Tech Inspection on Contingency Day.
Before the start. 257x started at 6:39am and 271x started at 6:45:30 am.
Chris after an unscheduled pit stop for a brief cooldown at RM 196 in the 108 degree heat at Borrego.
Shawn's pit at RM 223 at Mike's Sky Ranch road. It's 4pm and the hottest section is over. Taking some time to cool down.
Jason describes the feeling of 2 trophy truck dust clouds bearing down on him at high speed.
At 3:22:59 am, after 20+ hours, Jason and Chris cross the finish line!!!
Priceless!
It takes a team to pull this off! (and Baja Pits helps too when you ride a smoker, right Jason?)

All in all my favorite quote from it is this: "The verdict...If you want to do it just do it. Chances are that the bike in your garage right now is capable."
